La importancia de este <strong>reloj interno<\/strong> que todos llevamos dentro y el impacto que tiene en nuestras vidas es absolutamente impresionante. El ser humano lleva millones de a\u00f1os sobre la faz de la tierra y la mayor parte de ese tiempo hemos vivido en sincron\u00eda con la naturaleza, con la luz solar, con la noche y con la luna, todo esto ha hecho que en cada uno de nosotros exista un orden completamente perfecto que gu\u00eda todos nuestros procesos internos, tanto f\u00edsicos como mentales. En la antig\u00fcedad, el ser humano viv\u00eda como el resto de animales en la naturaleza, no ten\u00edamos noci\u00f3n del tiempo, no hab\u00eda ning\u00fan reloj y tampoco exist\u00edan todos esos h\u00e1bitos que hoy en d\u00eda tenemos en nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda, lo \u00fanico que hac\u00edamos era mirar al cielo y observar la luz. Esa luz era la que nos dec\u00eda cu\u00e1ndo ten\u00edamos que despertar, cu\u00e1ndo deb\u00edamos comer y cu\u00e1ndo ten\u00edamos que dormir. Con el paso del tiempo el ser humano ha ido evolucionando y se ha ido sofisticando en muchas \u00e1reas de la vida, pero a la vez tambi\u00e9n hemos ido <strong>desconect\u00e1ndonos de la naturaleza<\/strong> y por consecuencia de ese reloj interno que ha guiado el funcionamiento de nuestro cuerpo f\u00edsico. Las alteraciones en el ritmo circadiano hoy en d\u00eda son muy frecuentes, la mayor\u00eda de personas en el mundo entero y especialmente en occidente sufren una alteraci\u00f3n en este ritmo ancestral y como consecuencia esto activa <strong>m\u00faltiples trastornos y patolog\u00edas, tanto a nivel f\u00edsico como mental<\/strong>. En la naturaleza todo sigue un orden perfecto, una sincronicidad que podemos observar all\u00e1 donde miremos, nuestro cuerpo no es distinto de esa naturaleza y por lo tanto el precio que pagamos al desconectarnos de esa naturaleza es muy alto. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Los principales desajustes internos que vivimos al alterar el ciclo circadiano son sobre todo a nivel biol\u00f3gico, como pueden ser la temperatura corporal, la producci\u00f3n de hormonas tan importantes como es el cortisol o la melatonina encargada de la calidad de nuestro sue\u00f1o, hormonas del crecimiento y nuestra funci\u00f3n tiroidea entre otros. Pero tambi\u00e9n se ha podido saber, gracias a estudios cient\u00edficos, que tiene una relaci\u00f3n directa con nuestros procesos mentales y de igual manera que ocurre en nuestro cuerpo, la p\u00e9rdida de ese ritmo termina manifest\u00e1ndose en nuestra mente de m\u00faltiples formas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Las personas que sufren esta alteraci\u00f3n de ritmo circadiano en primer lugar suelen manifestar la p\u00e9rdida de la capacidad de tener una buena higiene de sue\u00f1o y por ende su descanso y todos los procesos de renovaci\u00f3n celular se ven afectados. Son personas menos tolerantes al estr\u00e9s tan presente hoy en d\u00eda en nuestra vida por el ritmo vertiginoso en el que vivimos. Tambi\u00e9n son personas m\u00e1s ansiosas y con una tendencia muy grande a sufrir trastornos de depresi\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n abordan peor los obst\u00e1culos y las adversidades que se les puedan presentar y empiezan a entrar en una espiral negativa de la que cuesta mucho salir. El hecho de tomar consciencia sobre nuestra manera de vivir, sobre nuestros h\u00e1bitos y nuestras costumbres es el principio para corregir ese desorden interno. Y es que la soluci\u00f3n puede parecer compleja, pero en realidad no lo es, est\u00e1 al alcance de cualquiera de nosotros. El hecho de dar paseos por la naturaleza, caminar descalzo por la orilla del mar, sentarse en un r\u00edo, en un bosque, conectar de cualquier forma con la naturaleza, revisar nuestros h\u00e1bitos antes de dormir, acostarnos antes, dejar de ver pantallas o estar expuestos a luz artificial antes de ir a la cama, pueden ser de gran utilidad para reajustarnos.
