La verdad es que sentir nos hace humanos, no ser\u00edamos nada sin esta capacidad, as\u00ed que qu\u00e9 m\u00e1s da si lo que siento es tristeza, alegr\u00eda o frustraci\u00f3n si es esto justamente lo que me hace ser quien soy. Si logramos aceptar lo que sentimos nos estaremos aceptando a nosotros mismos tal y como somos, validaremos nuestra condici\u00f3n humana que se alegra, se entristece, se enfada, se siente impotente o frustrada, se enorgullece, viendo lo maravilloso de todas ellas.<\/p><p>Sentir cualquiera de estas emociones no es un problema. El problema puede aparecer cuando la persona siente estas emociones de una manera exageradamente intensa, cuando se disparan ante est\u00edmulos completamente neutros, cuando la persona no es capaz de controlarlas. Es entonces cuando la emoci\u00f3n arrasa con todo, como una ola y aparece el sufrimiento.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div lugar debemos conocernos muy bien, entender el papel de los pensamientos en el desencadenamiento de la emoci\u00f3n y su mantenimiento y poder controlar nuestra mente para que nos ayude a gestionar lo que sentimos de una manera adecuada.<\/p><blockquote><p><strong>Conectar con nuestras emociones, sentirlas, no juzgarlas y aceptarlas nos traer\u00e1 la paz que tanto anhelamos.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><p>En la terapia aprenderemos a identificar adecuadamente las emociones, conocer la funci\u00f3n que tienen, descubrir a lo que nos impulsa cada una de ellas y en lugar de rechazarlas o huir de ellas abrazarlas para que act\u00faen en nuestro beneficio y nos gu\u00eden en nuestro
