Es estar presente en el aqu\u00ed y en el ahora, con una actitud abierta, no enjuiciadora y totalmente objetiva. Mindfulness es el veh\u00edculo para salir del piloto autom\u00e1tico, para tomar consciencia, para controlar la mente, para vivir cada momento de nuestra vida con plena presencia.<\/p><p>A trav\u00e9s de las t\u00e9cnicas de mindfulness conectamos con lo que realmente somos, aprendemos que en el silencio y en la contemplaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 la verdadera belleza de la vida y que es la \u00fanica forma de escuchar nuestra gu\u00eda interior, la voz de nuestro alma. Esta conexi\u00f3n con nosotros mismos es muy importante para poder enfrentar dificultades, para confiar, para querernos, para aceptarnos y para proyectar fuera lo que verdaderamente somos. Entonces y solo entonces seremos capaces de aprender de cada cosa que nos pase, de cada persona que se cruce en nuestro camino, la vida se convertir\u00e1 en una aventura apasionante de constante aprendizaje y evoluci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Hay infinidad de t\u00e9cnicas para ir desarrollando esta habilidad de consciencia plena y en las sesiones intentaremos adaptar siempre las t\u00e9cnicas a cada persona para que pueda sentirse c\u00f3moda y sacar el m\u00e1ximo provecho posible de lo trabajado.
