S\u00f3lo as\u00ed estaremos preparados para poder aprender a manejarlo. No hace falta que ocurra una situaci\u00f3n muy traum\u00e1tica para que suframos estr\u00e9s. En ocasiones, las peque\u00f1as cosas que aparentemente no tienen importancia pero que ocurren a diario, provocan esta sensaci\u00f3n de tensi\u00f3n constante que nos cuesta controlar y que afecta a nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo y a nuestra salud en general.<\/p><p>Cuando hayamos entendido el funcionamiento del estr\u00e9s, el trabajo en terapia ser\u00e1 aprender diferentes t\u00e9cnicas y estrategias para manejarlo y controlarlo, antes de que el estr\u00e9s nos controle a nosotros.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Sin embargo si valoro la situaci\u00f3n en cuesti\u00f3n como beneficio u oportunidad, es mucho m\u00e1s probable que la respuesta de estr\u00e9s no ocurra.<\/li><li><strong>Valoraci\u00f3n de los recursos propios:<\/strong> Si valoro que la demanda de la situaci\u00f3n excede mis recursos es probable que el estr\u00e9s aparezca.
