Todos sentimos ansiedad en alg\u00fan momento de nuestra vida. La ansiedad tiene su funci\u00f3n, nos informa de algo, nos motiva a actuar de cierta forma, incluso en alguna ocasi\u00f3n nos protege de los peligros. Entonces, \u00bfcu\u00e1l es el problema? \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo eso que siento se convierte en un obst\u00e1culo en lugar de en una ayuda?<\/p><p>Cuando el miedo y la preocupaci\u00f3n que siento son excesivamente intensos, se disparan ante est\u00edmulos que objetivamente no peligran mi supervivencia, interfieren en el desarrollo de mis actividades diarias y me producen mucho malestar, podr\u00edamos hablar de un trastorno de ansiedad. Con frecuencia, en los trastornos de ansiedad se dan episodios repetidos de un miedo intenso que se pueden alcanzar en cuesti\u00f3n de pocos minutos llamados ataques de p\u00e1nico. Estos episodios se perpet\u00faan por si mismos, ya que la persona desarrolla una respuesta llamada miedo al miedo en la que teme que estos episodios vuelvan a ocurrir, aumentando de esta manera la ansiedad<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-666745c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"666745c\" trastornos de ansiedad y el tratamiento depender\u00e1 del tipo de trastorno del que se trate. La terapia siempre empezar\u00e1 por una adecuada psicoeducaci\u00f3n que no es otra cosa que proporcionarle a la persona una informaci\u00f3n ver\u00eddica y objetiva sobre lo que le est\u00e1 ocurriendo, para que, desde ah\u00ed, pueda empezar a integrarlo.<\/p><p>Buscaremos las causas y el origen del malestar, entenderemos c\u00f3mo los propios pensamientos que tiene la persona aumentan el miedo y la preocupaci\u00f3n, influyendo directamente en la conducta que va a desarrollar la persona.
